The software is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of physiological or pathological conditions of the nervous system by calculating the antibody index, which is a measure of intrathecal synthesis of specific antibodies. It uses defined mathematical models and values of antibody and other protein concentrations determined in human serum and cerebrospinal fluid in the general population. The qualitative and semi-quantitative automated system is designed for professional use in a laboratory.

Description

Antibody Index Software enables evaluation of the antibody index (AI), i.e. the ratio of specific antibodies in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum in relation to the status of the blood–CSF barrier and the concentration of total immunoglobulins in CSF and serum, using TestLine diagnostic products.

Program information:

  • User-friendly and intuitively guides the user through the entire evaluation process.
  • Calibration curve integrated into the software.
  • The program allows saving and printing of two types of evaluations – summary and individual.
